200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Nick Montoya
March 22 – July 11 2020
Nothing is random. That you are reading the description of this program means this journey is may be calling to you. We are proud to offer this Yoga Alliance certified training program that will be a life changing experience. Your practice will reach levels you never before thought possible and will expose you to a breadth of knowledge and learning that otherwise would take years to attain. Students of all levels are encouraged to use this training to begin or continue a journey of personal exploration and to develop or enhance your current yoga practice. Not everyone that takes a teacher training program plans to teach. As Nick Montoya states, “The fastest way to deepen your learning about something, is to learn how to teach it.”
What You Will Learn
You will learn from the Ageless Program founder and Shala owner, Nick Montoya. He brings ten-plus years of yoga teaching and 30 years of leadership development to this training. Dr. Tim Ianonne will lead you through the required hours of Anatomy. Giana Montoya, a Shala owner and 18-year practitioner/teacher will teach several of the areas of study.
Teaching others helps to gain confidence and experience. You will begin teaching others the very first weekend and leave the program prepared to teach several styles of classes anywhere. Trainees are challenged on many levels and life changing transformation occurs naturally. Shala means “home”. The Shala is a safe and trusting home for your teacher training journey where you are supported, encouraged, and loved.
