You do not need to be any more or any less than you are to practice yoga. As you practice fear will subside, and ego will fade; opening you up to a space of self discovery and allowing a reconnection to the body.
Yoga is magic backed by science. The more I learn about yoga the more spectacular the practice becomes. The more I practice yoga the more amazing I feel.
