Whether you’re brand new to the hammock or a returning student wanting to refine your basics, this series offers a safe, supportive, and structured pathway to grow.
What You’ll Learn:
Throughout the challenge, you’ll explore the foundational shapes, wraps, and transitions that become the building blocks of all intermediate aerial hammock practice, including:
Foundational grips, holds, and body positioning
Safe mounts and getting comfortable off the ground
Key wraps, footlocks, and basic inversions (as appropriate)
Smooth transitions between shapes
Short beginner-friendly sequences
Shoulder stability, core engagement, and grip strengthening
Aerial vocabulary and technique awareness
How to move with control, confidence, and flow
How the Series Progresses
Each week builds intentionally on the last to support strong, sustainable skill development.
We’ll continue revisiting the skills learned in previous weeks—adding new variations, deeper technique work, and increased challenges to build muscle memory, strength, and confidence.
