✨ Day Two: Aerial Experience
Floating Stillness & Light
Celebrate the return of the light with this serene 90-minute aerial experience designed to honor the stillness and renewal of the Winter Solstice. Suspended in the aerial hammock, you’ll be guided through three deeply restorative practices that harmonize body, mind, and spirit:
Aerial Yin – Gently unwind the body and clear energetic pathways, inviting warmth and openness into the heart of winter.
Body Relaxation Meditation – Float in stillness as guided awareness helps you release the remnants of the year and rest deeply in the quiet of the season.
Sound Healing – Conclude with a soothing sound bath that surrounds you in vibration and light, leaving you balanced, nourished, and restored.
Accessible to all — no prior aerial or yoga experience required.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Two blankets for added comfort
What to Wear:
Long pants for ease and comfort
Avoid clothing with zippers
No jewelry, including rings (including wedding bands) and earrings
