Class begins with 15 minutes dedicated to deep release and longer held stretches, followed by 30 minutes of slow-flowing vinyasa, a dynamic style that links breath with movement, creating a smooth flow between poses. We’ll conclude with another 15 minutes of deep release, allowing you to fully unwind and rejuvenate.
