The most difficult part of a yoga practice is starting it. Whether you’ve been encouraged by a friend, doctor, or have heard about all the benefits of yoga, we are here to help get you going in a safe and non-judgmental environment!
The Beginner Yoga 4-Week Program focuses on the fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness to help students build a firm foundation as they begin their yoga practice.
Each week participants will be taught principles of alignment to practice their poses safely and confidently. You will gain priceless tools in mindfulness to adopt in everyday life to manage your stress and anxiety.
Each week begins with a specialized workshop exclusively for those enrolled. Throughout the program participants have an unlimited membership to classes both in the studio and online giving you the opportunity to try a multitude of classes in a way that fits your life.

All participants are required to attend all 4 specialized program workshops and take a minimum of 3-5 yoga classes a week.
The workshops take place every Thursday of the program from 5:30pm-6:15pm.
- A reusable water bottle
- A yoga mat (please no squishy exercise mats)
- 2 thick blocks (9x6x4)
- 1 blanket or beach towel
- 1 strap (8ft-10ft)
