Hundreds of students, most practicing yoga for the first time, have completed our 6-Week Challenge Program. People enroll in this program for many different reasons, including:

The need or desire to establish healthy lifestyle practices.

Going through a major life change and the desire to get grounded.

The Challenge:
You will meet with your coach to set specific goals
Take measurements and determine meal plan
Follow selected meal plan
Attend 5 yoga classes a week
Mindful eating 5 days per week
Establish a daily meditation practice
Attend at least two Introduction to Asana Classes taught by your coach
Participate in the Facebook New You Group page
Final meeting with your coach to review progress and take final measurements
Have FUN!
New You Challengers start every Monday. The cost is $250 for the entire program and begins on Mondays. You will be contacted for your goal setting and orientation session with your coach.
