Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, it is the art of self-healing. With its principles, we can support healthy transition through the seasons, manage weight and energy levels and learn how to avoid disease.
We will address symptoms beyond just itchy eyes and runny nose; things like rashes, insomnia, anxiety, lethargy, or feeling sleepy after eating, just to name but a few. We will discuss ways to alleviate symptoms both topically and internally as well as learn how to boost the immune system and strengthen the whole body. When we find a more favorable balance, the symptoms will drastically reduce or disappear entirely.
This workshop will also introduce some of the basic concepts of Ayurveda, so no previous Ayurveda experience is required to attend.
